Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive to join our team. The role involves evaluating loan applications, verifying customer documents, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, verify, and validate customer documents for loan processing.
Conduct credit checks, CIBIL analysis, and background verification.
Assess applicants’ financial information and repayment capability.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth loan disbursement.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer applications and credit approvals.
Assist in recovery follow-up when necessary.
Prepare credit reports and submit them to the Credit Manager/Head for approval.

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration or related field.
1–3 years of experience in credit appraisal/loan processing (preferably in NBFCs, Banks, or Housing Finance companies).




Robust knowledge of credit policies, loan documentation, and compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Attention to detail with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
