Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations at commercial facility sites.
Coordinate and manage vendor performance and service delivery.
Maintain client satisfaction through regular site inspections.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly status.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
Freshers and candidates with experience of facility management/commercial site experience are welcome.
Good communication and vendor management skills.
Willingness to travel within Chennai.
