We are seeking a dynamic and certified Dietitian & Fitness Trainer to join our gym team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized nutrition guidance along with one-on-one and group fitness training. This role requires a solid understanding of sports nutrition, weight management, and exercise programming to help members achieve their health and fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct fitness assessments and body composition analysis
Design customized workout programs based on client goals
Develop personalized meal plans and nutrition strategies
Provide guidance on weight loss, muscle gain, and performance nutrition
Conduct personal training sessions and group classes
Monitor client progress and adjust training/nutrition plans accordingly
Educate members on healthy lifestyle habits
Maintain client records and progress tracking
Ensure gym safety standards and proper exercise techniques
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Sports Science, or related field
Valid certification as a Dietitian (as per local regulations)
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent fitness certification
CPR & First Aid certification
Prior experience in a gym or fitness center preferred
