Develop current business opportunities and expand the customer base within the Personal Care & Hygiene industry across assigned territories.
Identify, qualify, and acquire current B2B customers through market mapping, prospecting, referrals, networking, and industry contacts.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer meetings, product presentations, sampling, commercial negotiations, order closure, and post-sales support.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, OEMs, converters, contract manufacturers, and brand owners.
Develop annual sales plans, customer-wise business strategies, and territory growth plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Conduct technical and commercial presentations,



demonstrating the value proposition of products and solutions to customers.
Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Technical Service teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
Understand customer manufacturing processes and recommend suitable product solutions based on technical and commercial requirements.
Drive new product development prospects by identifying market gaps and gathering customer feedback.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies to formulate effective business strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, demand plans, business reports, and monthly MIS for management review.
Handle customer complaints, quality issues, and commercial disputes in coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, payment conditions, and annual business agreements.
