Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent support, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or chat.
Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
Convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).




Sales or customer support experience is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Advantages
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Fresher can apply)
