We are looking for a Bengali-speaking Telecaller to handle customer calls and provide excellent support. The candidate should possess solid communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in Bengali.
Resolve customer queries professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
Requirements
Fluent in Bengali (mandatory).
Basic knowledge of Hindi and/or English.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience in BPO/Customer Support/Telecalling is preferred.
