Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate
Ayurveda Trainer
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Ayurveda and the ability to train and mentor students or professionals through practical and theoretical sessions.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on Ayurvedic principles, therapies, and wellness practices.
Prepare and deliver engaging training materials, presentations, and practical demonstrations.
Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Update training content based on the latest developments in Ayurveda.
Ensure trainees follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Support trainees in developing practical skills and professional knowledge.
Maintain training records and attendance reports.
Collaborate with the management team to improve training programs.





Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Ayurveda (BAMS/MD Ayurveda or equivalent).
2–4 years of experience as an Ayurveda Trainer, in a related role.
Solid knowledge of Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, and wellness practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to train individuals with different learning abilities.
Positive organizational and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in conducting classroom and practical training sessions.
Strong mentoring and coaching abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Passion for teaching and continuous learning.

Compensation & Perks
