Key Responsibilities
Stock Monitoring: Conduct regular physical inventory audits and daily cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
Discrepancy Resolution: Reconcile differences between physical counts and system records, investigating losses or damages.
Order Management: Place restock orders with vendors and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in inventory management software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Space Optimization: Organize warehouse and stockroom layouts to facilitate productive product retrieval and stock rotation.
Reporting: Generate reports on inventory turnover, shrinkage, and high-demand products for management.
