Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and audit functions. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial operations, support business decision-making, and maintain compliance with Indian statutory regulations. Experience working with US Companies is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement).
Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS / GAAP) and statutory regulations.
Handle direct and indirect taxation, including GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.
Manage and coordinate internal and external audits.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act,



2013 and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Monitor cost control, profitability, and financial risk.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI (Mandatory).
2 - 8+ years of post-qualification experience (based on role level).
Solid knowledge of:
GST, Income Tax, and Corporate Compliance.
Financial Reporting Standards.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in industry-specific accounting (Manufacturing, E-commerce, etc., if applicable).
Knowledge of Transfer Pricing and International Taxation (if relevant).
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
