Role & responsibilities
Review software requirements and create detailed functional test cases.
Perform Functional and Regression Testing of existing functionality.
Discover and raise defects in JIRA.
Create and maintain test automation scripts (generally written using Python)
Configure test settings in preparation for software deployments. Deploy and manage software revisions and ensure consistency across the workplace stack
Design, implement, and validate test scenarios that involve AI agents interacting with services, APIs, or user interfaces
Create test data sets, mock responses, or synthetic workloads using GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.). Validate the behavior, bias, and security of generative model outputs within the application under test. Automate regression checks for AIdriven features (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines).
Perform Infrastructure maintenance and housekeeping




Expert at navigating Linux and Windows Server environments. Shell scripting knowledge would be advantageous
Confident with Linux command-line scripting & basic commands
Exposure on architecture of multiple systems (Service oriented Architecture/ Micro Services Architecture/ Distributed Systems/ Multi Agent Systems/ Desktop and Web Applications)
Hands on exposure covering Automation test Scripting & frameworks covering Regression/ Non-Regression/ Security/ Performance testing.
Python, Powershell
SQL / Oracle
Experience with Agile methodologies
DevOPS
Competent in Jira, GIT, Bit-Bucket
