Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Mandatory to have Petpooja software knowledge
Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and business applications.
Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and data recovery.
Ensure IT security policies are implemented and followed.
Troubleshoot server, network, and application issues.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and software support.
Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and asset records.
Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Support implementation of recent IT systems and technology upgrades.
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and standards.

Pay: ₹10,645.46 - ₹26,000.00 per month
