Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end service delivery and client relationships.
Ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor service performance, SLAs, and KPIs.
Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify prospects for process improvement and operational excellence.
Lead, mentor, and motivate delivery teams.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
