Role & responsibilities
Lead the setup and day-to-day operations of the school.
Coach, mentor, and develop teachers through regular classroom observations and training.
Execute SURAAH's academic program and ensure effective classroom implementation.
Build solid relationships with parents, trustees, and the local community.
Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing school team.
Foster a culture of academic rigor, belonging, and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile
6+ years of experience in education, including 23 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in teacher coaching, school operations, and team management.
Comfortable working in both Hindi and English.
Familiar with NCF/NCERT and progressive or alternative education practices.
Willing to relocate and commit to living in the hills of Uttarakhand for at least two years.
