We are hiring an experienced Sr. HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing facility in Angamaly. This role is ideal for someone who understands factory-floor HR dynamics, statutory compliance, and can independently manage the full HR function at the plant level.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for factory-based roles
Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll inputs
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns effectively
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Factories Act, etc.)
Support performance management processes and HR initiatives
Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs
Maintain accurate HR documentation, MIS,
and reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory workplace
Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
