We are looking for an experienced
TPA Executive
to strengthen our Insurance & Corporate Desk.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Insurance TPAs and corporate insurance partners.
Handle cashless authorization and pre-authorization processes.
Process insurance documentation accurately and within timelines.
Liaise with doctors, billing, nursing, and patient attendants for smooth claim processing.
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of claims.
Resolve insurance-related queries of patients and attendants.
Maintain proper records and documentation.
Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals, deficiencies, and settlements.
Ensure compliance with hospital and TPA guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience
in TPA / Mediclaim / Hospital Insurance Desk.
Positive understanding of cashless insurance processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Working knowledge of hospital software and MS Office.
Ability to work in a quick-paced hospital environment.
Preferred Experience
