Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, compliance, and performance management. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive work culture, aligning HR policies with organizational goals, and ensuring effective workforce management in a construction workplace.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and site-based roles.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, campus recruitment, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding processes.
Employee Engagement and Relations:
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.




Address employee grievances and provide resolutions in alignment with company policies.
Foster a positive work workplace to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Payroll and Attendance Management:
Ensure accurate payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets for project teams.
Compliance and Documentation:
Maintain compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
Prepare and update employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs for employees and coordinate training programs.
Assist in creating and implementing career development plans.
Performance Management:
Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
