Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified and passionate Assistant Professor in English to teach undergraduate and postgraduate students, support academic activities, and contribute to the overall development of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach English language and literature courses.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments.
Conduct lectures, seminars, and classroom activities.
Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
Guide students in projects, assignments, and research activities.
Participate in departmental meetings, academic events, and college activities.
Support curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in English with a minimum of 55% marks.
NET/SET qualification preferred as per UGC norms.
Valuable communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
Basic computer and online teaching knowledge.
