About the Role

The Factory HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, attendance, contract labour administration, employee engagement, and coordination with production teams. The role acts as a bridge between employees and management while maintaining discipline and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and induction for factory employees.
Complete joining formalities, documentation, and employee file management.
Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Maintain employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy.
Issue employment-related letters including appointment, confirmation, transfer,



warning, and experience letters.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance through biometric systems.
Coordinate with production supervisors to resolve attendance discrepancies.
Process leave applications and maintain leave records.
Generate daily and monthly attendance reports.
Support payroll by validating attendance and overtime records.
Payroll Support
Verify attendance, overtime, shift allowance, incentives, and leave data.
Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.
Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs.
Address employee salary and attendance-related queries.
Contract Labour Management
Coordinate with labour contractors for manpower deployment.
Verify contractor attendance and statutory compliance.
Ensure contractor documentation is updated.
Monitor contract labour strength and utilization.
