Responsible to identify production materials.
Responsible for checking and adjusting composition heat wise in consultation with moulding supervisors.
Responsible to follow charge mix
Responsible for the quality of metal which is transferred to treatment.
Responsible to coordinate with relevant departments.
Responsible to identify non-conforming casting during the process and inform to appropriate personnel.
Responsible to take the required bill of materials for production process.
Responsible to check the lining condition of Furnace, Ladle and Tundish.
Responsible to update the melting department list of records
Responsible to ensure safety practices and usage of safety PPE for individuals
Diploma Mechanical, Diploma Metrology, Diploma Foundry − Freshers,
DME-Mechanical, Foundry or Metrology, − 4 - 6 Years Experience ( salary based on Experience) Valuable knowledge of casting in foundry
