Source and manage IT candidate profiles
Use job portals and professional platforms
Coordinate recruitment activities with internal teams
Maintain candidate data and recruitment follow-ups
Eligibility
Graduation in any stream
0–3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing (freshers can apply)
Good communication skills
Comfortable working in US night shift
Willing to work from office (Gandhinagar)
