We are seeking an experienced Architectural & Structural Revit Designer who can independently develop complete construction documentation for timber-frame residential projects.
The ideal candidate must be capable of taking a client's hand sketch ("monkey drawing"), concept sketch, or easy floor plan and transforming it into a fully coordinated architectural and structural Revit model.
The candidate will work closely with architects, structural engineers, and production teams to produce accurate permit, fabrication, and construction drawings.
This is a multidisciplinary role requiring solid knowledge of architecture, timber construction methods, structural detailing, and BIM/Revit workflows.
