We are seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer with deep expertise in Health Insurance and cloud-native engineering on aws. You will architect and scale backend microservices that power core TPA operations, including automated claims processing, pre-authorization workflows, and provider integrations. You will be responsible for building secure, high-throughput engines and ensuring seamless deployment onto AWS cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Domain Engine Development: Design and optimize microservices for high-volume operations such as claims adjudication, cashless approvals, and policy management.
API & Integrations: Implement secure, performant RESTful APIs to integrate with frontend / used by third party vendors for data exchange.
Data & Compliance: Manage sensitive health records (EHR/PHR) by implementing robust data pipelines, ensuring compliance with data security frameworks.
DevOps Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps teams to design and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with developers, QA, and management teams
Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex coding and deployment issues under pressure.
Core Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Java (17+), Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
Database : MySQL, and MongoDB
Messaging : Production experience with RabbitMQ.
CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with contemporary deployment tools like Jenkins.
