Position: Head -Finance & Accounts
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Governance
Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting of financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain solid financial governance and internal control frameworks.

Accounting Operations Management
Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Payroll Accounting
General Ledger Management
Ensure proper financial record keeping, reconciliation, and compliance with accounting policies.

Compliance & Regulatory Management
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards including GAAP/AS and IND AS.
Strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and financial policies.




Liaise with regulatory authorities and external consultants when required.

Strategic Financial Planning
Partner with senior management in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy development.
Provide insights through MIS reports, financial analysis, and business performance metrics.
Support decision-making by evaluating financial risks, investment prospects, and cost optimization initiatives.

Audit & Assurance
Manage and coordinate Concurrent, Internal, and Statutory Audits.
Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions.
Maintain effective relationships with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.

Asset & Inventory Governance
Ensure periodic physical verification of assets and inventories.
Maintain proper asset registers and valuation records.
Oversee insurance coverage of company assets and inventories to mitigate operational risks.
