Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and results-oriented Business Development Manager – Technical Sales to drive business growth across industrial and commercial markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets through consultative and solution-based selling.

This role is best suited for professionals with strong B2B sales experience, technical understanding, and the ability to engage with senior decision-makers across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and infrastructure clients.




Meet customers to understand their technical and business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business prospects.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new growth opportunities.
Follow up on quotations, customer feedback, and payment collections.
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
