We are seeking an experienced ELV qualified with 3+ years of project execution experience who can independently manage project delivery while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ELV project execution, from site survey and technical planning to installation, testing, commissioning,



and final client handover.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, vendors, subcontractors, and site personnel to achieve project milestones.
Prepare and review BOQs, technical specifications, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and project documentation.
Manage procurement planning, vendor selection, material approvals, and contract documentation for ELV systems.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Monitor installation activities for CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA/VA, BMS, and Structured Cabling systems.
Interface with clients, consultants, architects, and authorities to resolve technical issues, manage change requests, and ensure smooth project execution.
