Role Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring recent customers, expanding business opportunities, and promoting Unimoni's financial products and services, including foreign exchange, remittance, gold loans, travel services, and other financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
Generate new leads through field marketing, referrals, and networking.
Acquire current customers and maintain long-term client relationships.
Promote Unimoni's financial products and services to individual and corporate clients.
Identify new business prospects and expand the customer base.




Meet monthly and annual sales targets set by the organization.
Coordinate with branch operations to ensure excellent customer service.
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Conduct market research to identify competitor activities and emerging trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
