Role & responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of FFS machines.
Diagnose and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure smooth operation and optimum performance of production machinery.
Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures before they occur.
Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and spare parts inventory.
Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
Proper machine handling and basic preventive maintenance.
Preferred candidate profile
Hands-on experience with Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) machines.
Valuable knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
