Action Veda is a marketing and branding agency helping businesses build impactful brands and digital presence. We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who is eager to learn, grow, and build with us.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve results.
Manage advertising budgets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign analysis.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing page strategies.
Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with clients and the team.
What We're Looking For
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads,
and other digital advertising platforms.
Understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Self-motivated, responsible, and open to feedback.
Someone who wants to grow long-term and be part of building something meaningful.
