We are looking for agile and result-oriented Sales Executives who can drive business growth through effective client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and lead generation.
Contact prospective clients and explain the company's legal services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable legal solutions.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Prepare daily sales reports and update management on progress.

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Legal Services, Banking, BPO, Financial Services, Insurance, Debt Collection, or Loan Settlement.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in handling outbound and inbound sales calls.
Target-driven with excellent convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
