We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals with robust analytical and communication skills to join our Customer Operations team as a Solution Engineer. In this role, you will work on customer pilots/POCs, supporting the implementation of VuNet’s platform and helping demonstrate value through hands-on execution. Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in execution of customer pilots / POCs within defined timelines
Understand customer environments, basic architecture, and use cases
Support platform setup, configuration, and data onboarding
Work on integrating data sources such as infrastructure, applications, and logs
Create basic dashboards and visualizations to showcase insights
Analyze data and assist in identifying patterns, issues, and recommendations
Work closely with Solution Leads
