Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Source, screen,



and shortlist candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Employee Documentation & Onboarding
Prepare and send offer letters via HRMS and onboarding emails.
Complete employee documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
Conduct onboarding and induction for current hires.

HR Operations
Manage the complete employee lifecycle on GreytHR.
Handle employee profile creation, attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
Ensure all HR records are maintained accurately.

Employee Exit Management
Manage exit formalities, including exit forms and clearance processes.
Coordinate documentation and ensure a smooth offboarding experience.

Employee Engagement & Recognition
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
