The role is Last Mile Coordination of daily orders of Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Indigo, Akasa, etc. from Brand Warehouse to Buyer Warehouse.
Below are the daily tasks:
Take appointments with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Indigo, Akasa, etc. for POs received
Coordinate with dispatch team for dispatch date as per appointment. Reschedule missed appointments.
Track daily intransit orders and make sure they are being delivered in given TAT
Solve for escalations from couriers
Solve for escalations about about missed appointments
Solve for escalations of early delivery needed
RTO orders as per need
Reduce TAT of orders dispatched and maximise success rate of appointments
The candidate will be in daily touch with all courier partners and warehouses of Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Indigo, Akasa, etc.
Excel, Vlookup, Pivot Table has to be expert
