Senior Engineer- Mechanical (Packages)

Job Summary:

Design / Selection / Engineering of Rotatory and various Packages equipment. Candidate should have worked for execution of Basic/Conceptual Engineering, FEED, EPCM, EPC modes of execution for Indian and International projects.

Candidate having design and detail engineering experience in combined cycle projects, Semiconductor facility, Battery manufacturing and data center will be added advantage.

Major Responsibilities:

Selected candidate will report to the Engineering Group Supervisor and essential job duties will include the following:
Review of deliverables of Process Package
Ensuring quality for the deliverables /work done
Help with project / proposal activities
Interaction with Global office / Home office (abroad), execute work on workshare mode
Aid the project through construction and commissioning phases
Develop technical specifications for Equipment/Package.



Review of specifications from Licensor / Client/ PMC
Participating in IDC process. Interaction with Engineering disciplines, Clients / PMC, Bidders / Vendors
Design, preparation of MDS/Engineering drawings, MRQs. Review of Quotes, assessing deviations,raising of TQs, TBEs, MRPs
Review of VPs
Resolving Vendor/Site queries. Interaction with Inspection Agencies, Expeditors, other agencies fordelivery of Equipment/Packages
Develop / assist in documentation for progress reporting
Implement / Capture Lesson Learnt. Active pursue of Value Engineering, design and cost optimizationprogram.
Travel to help activities at other engineering offices, suppliers works, construction sites

Education and Experience Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university and10 -15 years of relevant work experience.
