About the Role

Webskitters Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX Trainer who can mentor aspiring designers and help them build industry-relevant skills in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design. The ideal candidate should possess solid practical knowledge of up-to-date design principles, design tools, prototyping, and user-centered design methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions on UI/UX Design.
Train students on industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Teach design fundamentals including:
Design Thinking
User Research
Wireframing
Information Architecture
User Flows
Prototyping
Usability Testing
Visual Design Principles
Guide students in creating real-world projects and portfolio-ready case studies.




Conduct assessments, assignments, and project reviews.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry practices.
Mentor students regarding career opportunities, portfolio building, and interview preparation.
Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum and training quality.
