The Opportunity

We are looking for a Legal Counsel (2 4 years PQE) to support all key legal areas including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate matters.

This is a high ownership role where you will work closely with business teams and leadership.



You will play an important role in enabling business growth while managing legal risks in a rapid-paced startup environment.

Act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities

Technology Commercial Contracts
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements such as MSAs, customer contracts, and cloud/service agreements
Handle vendor and partner contracts
Work on data protection, security, and AI-related contractual terms
Create and maintain contract templates and playbooks

Business Advisory
Provide day-to-day legal support to sales, product, and operations teams
Support legal aspects of new product or feature launches

Regulatory Compliance
Assist with compliance related to data protection, privacy law
