Required Skills & Experience:
Solid experience in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and scripting.
Positive knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
Experience with Service Portal and widget development.
Understanding of MID Server and integration architecture.
Experience in ServiceNow implementations involving Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL framework.
