Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration while supporting HR activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

Administration
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, and courier management.
Coordinate meetings and maintain office assets.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

HR Support
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave records.
Support HR in preparing letters and reports.
Coordinate employee engagement activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Expectations
Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
Robust sense of responsibility, reliability, and commitment to daily operations.
Regular attendance is expected, as frequent unplanned leaves may impact performance.
