Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with the PPC (Production Planning & Control) department to ensure smooth material flow.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and manufacturing slips as per customer schedules.
Raise material requisitions based on production requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and follow up for timely material delivery.
Work closely with the Incoming Quality Inspection team to ensure received materials meet quality standards.
Coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely issuance of Purchase Orders.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory transactions.




Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
Handle inward and outward material movements efficiently.
Ensure proper storage and housekeeping of materials in the store.
Prepare inventory reports and assist in periodic stock audits.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Store Operations within a Manufacturing/Automobile Industry.
Positive knowledge of inventory management and material handling.
Familiarity with ERP/Inventory Management Software will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
