Assistant Chief Financial Officer - Shirpur

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Skilled qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
MBA in Finance is an advantage.

Preferred Experience
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
Experience in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, taxation, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the CFO in developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory regulations.
Oversee general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions.




Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
Develop and maintain internal financial controls and risk management procedures.
Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff.
Review financial policies and recommend process improvements.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
Assist with investment analysis, capital expenditure evaluations, and financing activities.
Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders.
Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the CFO.
