Impact Fitness is looking for a passionate, energetic, and knowledgeable Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to helping members achieve their fitness goals while maintaining a positive, motivating, and professional gym workplace.
Responsibilities
Guide members through safe and effective workout programs.
Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions.
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and equipment usage.
Create customized workout plans based on members' fitness goals.
Monitor members' progress and provide motivation and support.
Ensure the gym floor remains clean, organized, and safe.
Deliver excellent customer service and build robust relationships with members.
Promote personal training packages and other fitness services.
Requirements
Certification in Fitness Training/Personal Training preferred.
Previous experience as a fitness trainer is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of strength training, functional training, and basic nutrition.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional attitude, punctuality, and dedication to member success.
Ability to work flexible shifts.
Nearby candidates preferred.
