Reporting to: Head of HR / Plant Head

Key Responsibilities
Hazard & Risk Management: Formulate tight industrial security policies, prioritizing fire prevention systems, disaster recovery, and chemical hazard emergency protocols.
Logistics & Inventory Protection: Establish foolproof gate-control systems to prevent pilferage of high-value finished mattresses and bulk chemical delivery assets.
Vendor & Guard Governance: Manage the outsourced security agency, enforcing attendance KPIs, perimeter patrol frequencies, and disciplined behavior standards.
Technical Surveillance Architecture: Oversee the operations and placement of CCTV cameras, biometric access logs,



and boundary infrared alarms across chemical storage yards and finished goods bays.
Liaison & Incident Resolution: Conduct thorough internal investigations into material discrepancies, handle local external relations (Law enforcement, Fire safety marshals), and lead regular plant fire drill simulations.

Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Solid preference for Ex-Servicemen (Army/Navy/Air Force/Paramilitary).
Exceptional crisis management skills with background training in industrial fire safety and hazardous material protocols.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
