House of EdTech is looking for a proactive and learner-focused Learner Success Manager to drive student engagement, accountability, and course completion across our educational programs.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to learners, helping them stay on track with their learning journey, overcome challenges, and achieve their career goals. By monitoring learner progress, providing structured support, and ensuring timely interventions, you will play a key role in improving completion rates and delivering an exceptional learning experience.

Work Schedule:
6 Days a Week (Rotational Week Off)
01:30 PM 10:30 PM

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (Any Discipline)

Laptop: Personal laptop is mandatory.





Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled accountability calls with assigned learners to ensure they stay on track with their course timelines.
Build solid relationships with learners by understanding their professional goals, challenges, and motivations.
Monitor learner progress and identify students who may require additional support or intervention.
Help learners create realistic weekly learning plans and follow up on their commitments.
Drive participation in live sessions, mentorship calls, assignments, and community activities.
Maintain accurate learner records, engagement updates, and progress notes in the internal CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve academic, technical, or product-related learner issues.
Share learner feedback and recurring insights with internal stakeholders to improve the overall learning experience.
