We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate current business opportunities, acquire clients, and build long-term relationships with companies seeking recruitment and staffing services.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach recent clients through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and field visits.
Generate leads and convert them into recruitment contracts.
Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions.
Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Any Graduate)
MBA (Marketing/HR) preferred

Experience
1–3 years in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, or Staffing Industry.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Salary
₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)
