Role Description:

Unified Infotech is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Manager with a solid foundation in Business Analysis (BA) to take on a hybrid role that combines 75% BA responsibilities with 25% managing the presales proposal preparation process. As a Pre-Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include collaborating closely with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to define requirements, draft proposals, and manage pre-sales activities while ensuring quality product delivery from the functional side. You will drive the end-to-end process of capturing business requirements, preparing technical solutions, and leading the proposal preparation for prospective clients.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical analysis and client-facing pre-sales activities. You will be a vital part of a agile team,



helping to identify current business opportunities and ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Management:
Oversee and drive end-to-end presales activities, including coordinating with internal teams to create and deliver proposal documents (RFI/RFP/RFQ).
Manage and facilitate discussions with clients to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and create solutions that align with both technical and business goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that client expectations and deadlines are met, while also aligning internal technical resources for accurate estimation and planning.
Review and refine proposal documentation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
Manage the creation and validation of Proof of Concepts (POCs) as needed to demonstrate the feasibility of solutions.
