Explain course curriculum, duration, certification, placement assistance, and fee structure.
Address student and parent queries professionally.
Admissions
Convert enquiries into admissions by providing effective counselling.
Guide students through the admission and registration process.
Collect admission documents and verify their accuracy.
Coordinate with the accounts department regarding fee payments.
Ensure timely completion of admission formalities.
Lead Management
Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Maintain daily enquiry and follow-up records.
Update CRM or admission software with accurate student information.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly counselling reports.
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Promote recent courses and training programs.
Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
Coordinate with marketing teams to maximize lead conversions.
Student Support
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Provide pre-admission and post-admission support.
