Job Summary
Responsible for operating, monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining the Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water System to ensure a continuous supply of purified water as per GMP and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor the RO Water System.
Record pressure, flow, conductivity, and production data.
Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of the RO system.
Carry out daily startup and shutdown activities.
Report any equipment malfunction immediately.
Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines.
Maintain housekeeping of the RO area.
Ensure proper documentation and logbook entries.
Qualification
ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or equivalent.
Experience
2–3 years in Pharmaceutical / Formulation Industry.
Skills
Knowledge of RO Water System.
Basic understanding of GMP documentation.
Valuable troubleshooting and record-keeping skills.
