Role & responsibilities
To implement and maintain a QC service to the site covering all aspects
of quality control for incoming materials, in-process, finished product
testing and decision (approved or rejected) through SAP
Handling and calibration of Analytical Instruments as per plan.
Preparation and Standardization of Volumetric Standards.
Conduct chemical analyses on raw materials and finished products.
Validate and Verify analytical methods and procedures.
Prepare and review test reports and documentation.
Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends.
Collaborate with production teams to address in-process quality issues.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is properly calibrated.
