Ohi is a fast-growing consumer social media platform dedicated to building engaging and cutting-edge digital experiences. We are looking for a talented Web Developer (Next.js) who is passionate about creating high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Next.js and React.js.
Build clean, reusable, and scalable front-end components.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and responsiveness.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices.
Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in front-end or web development.
Strong hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
Experience with Tailwind CSS or other up-to-date CSS frameworks.
Knowledge of REST API integration.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control.
Understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Next.js routing.
Basic understanding of web performance optimization and SEO best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a product-based company or startup.
Familiarity with Node.js is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
