We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Presales Executive to drive lead generation and support our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, initiating conversations with prospects, scheduling product demonstrations, and nurturing leads throughout the sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for B2B sales and HR technology.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and other outbound channels.
Identify and connect with HR professionals, business owners and decision-makers.




Qualify prospects by understanding their HR and payroll requirements.
Schedule product demonstrations for the Sales team.
Conduct initial product introductions and explain key HRMS features.
Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until handover to the Sales team.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve monthly lead generation targets.
Stay updated on HRMS trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid lead generation and prospecting abilities.
Confidence in cold calling and client interactions.
Basic understanding of HRMS and HR processes is preferred.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven and eager to learn.
