About the Internship
We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and enthusiastic Receptionist Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in front office operations, communication, and administrative support while working in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception desk and maintain a positive first impression.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
Maintain visitor records and attendance registers.
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, emails, and office correspondence.
Support HR and administrative teams with daily operational tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist with document filing, data entry, and basic administrative work.
Coordinate with different departments whenever required.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed Graduation (Any Stream).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Positive organizational and time management abilities.
